Let Ford's Super Duty Do All The Hard Work For You
Ford has a solid reputation for manufacturing some of the strongest, toughest and most durable trucks in the automotive field and its Super Duty truck is no different. The Super Duty trucks are extremely versatile; they are perfect for commuting to work but are strong enough for tough towing jobs. Trailer sway control is included which helps to keep whatever it is that you’re towing in place. The Super Duty competes in the truck niche with other with vehicles such as the Chevrolet Silverado and Dodge Ram.
The Super Duty is available in the following models; F-250, F-350 and the F-450. Opt for the F-250 or F-350 and you get to choose from 3 different engines; an eight cylinder, ten cylinder or a Powerstroke diesel. The 6.7 L Power Stroke diesel engine is extremely durable and can be expected to run over 250,000 miles plus it also meets all of the latest federal emissions standards. The eight cylinder has a total output of 300hp while the ten cylinder puts out an impressive 362 hp and 457 lb feet of torque.
The truck is available with numerous different configurations and interior set ups; Crew, Super or Regular Cab. The Regular Cab can seat 3 persons across a bench. The Super Cab is able to seat 5-6 adults while the Crew seats up to six persons. Seating is quite comfortable with plenty of room in the back for all occupants. Ford’s advanced Sync system is available which allows you place hands free calls, receive detailed directions, switch up your music by utilizing voice commands, receive traffic alerts and even receive audible text messages. This system can even automatically connect to you to an emergency operator if an airbag is deployed. There’s even an option to integrate a Work Solutions package which will allow business owners to utilize the internet and MS Office programs via the LCD screen.
As you would expect from Ford, a large number of safety features have been included such as an ABS system and an advanced air bag system with front and side curtain bags. The advanced traction control system works to limit wheel spin by minimizing engine throttle while the Advance Trac with Roll Stability control works to keep the vehicle stable by minimizing engine power and braking selectively as necessary. If you opt for the Harley Davidson or King Ranch model you also get a rearview camera which makes backing up a cinch.
What the Super Duty brings to the table is extreme durability, capability and flexibility at a reasonable cost. The Super Duty can function as a daily commuter car but it also happens to be tough enough for hard labor due to its immense towing capability. If you intend to use it for commercial purposes, you can even opt for the Work Solutions package and take care of business right from the comfort of your own truck. MSRP for the Super Duty starts at around the $26k range and may vary depending on the trim and options selected.

I chnaged the fuel filter on the engine but my truck still misses at high speeds.

We have little interest in running into burning buildings, but we can imagine
being a firefighter has its perks. For starters, those guys and girls get the
chance to pilot some seriously incredible machinery. Superlift, Matchbox and
Ford got together to create what could very possibly be the world's most bad-
ass brush truck using a 2011 F-350 Super Duty as the base chassis. The truck
wears an astonishing 10-inch lift and 41-inch Interko IROK tires. A full tube
exo-cage helps protect the PPG "Oh So Orange" paint, and a smattering of
lights and sirens ensure that everyone will see this emergency vehicle coming.
A full fire-fighting utility bed, complete with water tanks, pumps and hoses,
sits ready to take on brush fires and the like, and a front-mounted water
canon means that the Matchbox brush truck can tackle flames going and coming.
We dig it.
