Is it illegal for a person to sign a package shipped to the wrong address?
I ordered a Gear bag form eBay and they shipped it to the wrong address and a person signed for it and now they are saying that they dont have it... Is this illegal, im pissed because i found a great deal on this stuff along with the bag and even with the refund the company gave me i cant find anything like it anywhere.
Get a copy from the company that it was shipped through. You could go the UPS store and speak to them and ask to get a printout stating it was shipped there. Then go after the person in small claims court for theft of your merchandise and demand its return or to be reimbursed for the cost of it and court costs.
